I know that this is the free version, but it does help with a lot of things.

1) Go to http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_installer_new.html?hl=en&gl=us&ciNum=11

2) Check the ones that you only want

3) Download the installer *optional* if you want the google web bar, you can download it

4) Run the installer

5) Update it and when you hit scan, it will do an intell scan.
*you may want to do an intell scan everyday. when you go on sites they plant stuff on your computer*

6) It will now scan in the background everyday. Your computer is now protected from spyware.
